金曜日、ホストクラブコーチの「初・中級TR」に久々に参加した。
《TRメニュー》
uneven：Hypo 5 Stroke
even：Hypo 6 Stroke
Swim 25m 6time 40"
Hypo 1/25m
50m（Allout）
Total 800m
スイムで先にやった交互の「呼吸制限（Hypo）」は楽勝だったが、、、
25mに1回だけ呼吸は、完璧に心拍上がりまくりで、
初めの2本くらいだ、真面目にやったのは。
距離は少ないが、こうやって心拍上げる方法もあるか。
ホストクラブコーチに前から指摘されていた事を、また指摘された。
これをクリアすれば、泳ぎがもっと楽になるかぁ･･･
今月はキック重視だったんで、来月はプル重視で来そうだな。
