土曜日飲んだお酒、
英字新聞包装、大平山 神月 生酛 純米
小玉醸造株式会社(秋田県潟上市飯田川飯塚字飯塚34-1)と、
画像は蟹の栓のみ、澤乃井 さわ音 純米生酒
小澤酒造株式会社( 東京都青梅市沢井2-770)。

食べた肴は、
焼き鳥(ぽんじり、ねぎま、しそ梅)、
刺身(みんく、すま)、
福生ハム(胡椒付きベーコン、骨付きハム(骨抜き))。

久しぶりの日本酒、蟹はハズレた。
何だろうな?このテイストは、
生酒(ヌーヴォー)だからか、、、

刺身は、クジラと全身トロといわれる、
サバ科の高級魚だったが、
高級魚はなじみがないので、イマイチ。

ブロック切りベーコンはそのままで食べた。
美味。
